All of our biscuits are baked daily and are freshly packaged especially for your requirements once we receive your order. Your gift will be packed in a shipping box, secured with bubble wrap, butchers paper and/or newspaper, and under normal conditions will arrive undamaged. We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products upon delivery. Once opened you can keep your delicious gift fresh , with that ‘just- baked- taste’, by returning the layer of greaseproof paper directly onto the biscuits, folding over the food safe bubble wrap and put the lid securely on. Our wholesome biscuits are made using quality fresh ingredients, without preservatives and additives. By following these simple instructions it will ensure your biscuits remain delicious until at least the ‘best before’ date shown on the base of the gift.
Allergy sufferers should be aware that our biscuits may contain traces of nuts or seeds, as all varieties are made within the same production facility. Our biscuits (other than those labelled ‘Gluten Free’) are made with wheat flour and many contain farm fresh, whole eggs, as indicated on the ingredient list.
Once you have placed your order on line it will be sent over a secure connection to our local server. You will receive an order confirmation message via email to the address you provided, shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, please contact us, either by email or phone (08) 9383 7341 to ensure your order is being processed. The order confirmation email will also contain all the information you input. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will be happy to change any information as long as your order has not been packaged and shipped.

The gift photos shown online are an accurate representation of how your gift will look when the recipient opens the package. From time to time, due to demand, it may be necessary for us to substitute one variety with another of equal or greater value. However we will always try to use another variety with a similar genre. No refunds will be issued for an item that we have replaced.
If you are unhappy with your gift when it arrives, please contact us by phone or email within one week of shipment receipt. We will require your order date and gift code, and a detailed explanation of the problem. If emailing, also please include your name, telephone number and the most convenient time for us to contact you.
Whilst we take great care to ensure your quality biscuits are packed to minimise breakages and endeavour to ensure they arrive in good condition. We take no responsibility for their condition on arrival as we are subject to the unpredictability of the handling by our postal services.
Please be absolutely certain of the delivery address when placing your order. A gift returned to us because of an address problem can be reshipped to the correct address, however you will be charged for the additional delivery costs. We will not deliver to a patient in hospital, as we cannot guarantee that the gift will be successfully delivered by the internal hospital delivery department. In such circumstances we recommend you send the gift to a family member or friend who can deliver your gift to the patient.
